ISN Appraisal Service emphasizes the need for perpetual communication, including status reports at any interval you specify to keep you up-to-date at every stage throughout each appraisal. We contact you immediately if there is a major problem. Whenever there is a significant discrepancy between what you order and what our preliminary inspection reveals, you will be notified immediately. If necessary, we can notify you after the inspection of the property and calculation of its value but before the report is finalized. In this way, we can discuss our findings and give you a chance to cancel the formal report and be billed only for the preliminary inspection. PROMPT SERVICE
ISN Appraisal Service delivers its services with a fast turnaround (three to five days on a single family residence and under 21 days on most non-complex commercial property). We constantly provide the same rapid turnaround -- even during extremely busy refinance periods. SMALL FEES Since all of our appraisals are performed electronically, our support staff is small. This cuts down on our costs which in turn, cuts down on yours. In addition, we offer a variety of report formats, which means you (or your client) won't have to pay for extras in a report that you don't need. FLEXIBLE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

We will schedule for any convenient time, including Saturday, early morning and early evening appointments (as long as enough light is available to take the necessary photos).
