ISN Appraisal Technology

The report is sent as a PDF file.  We utilize Wintotal 2000 appraisal software, the best choice for appraisal delivery.  Wintotal 2000 uses the industry standard ANSI X12 format.  Complete appraisal reports with digital color photos, secure digital signatures, sketches, and supporting documents can be sent in less than ten minutes.

The Employee Relocation Council (ERC) transmits electronic relocation reports using the eRelay system. This is a relocation industry owned system providing nonproprietary electronic delivery.  It is based upon the X12 format.  ISN uses the eRelay system to transmit all of its electronic relocation reports.

ISN Appraisal is completely up to date with other technologies as well.  Our appraisal floor plans are completed with the award winning Apex sketching software.  Each report consists of a detailed floor plan that includes exterior wall measurements and interior room details.  New home measurements are taken from builder's plans and specifications.
